Support Engineer

Prudent Globexim Ltd.

As a support engineer, I specialised in automating business processes and maintaining web infrastructure. I developed tools for automation, administered Apache servers, and audited the MS365 admin centre. Mitigating in-house IT issues was also part of my responsibilities. I maintained business and public relations while working with Django, JavaScript, and PHP technologies.
